Cab Calloway: Swinging at His Best is a video compilation of some of the famous singers best performances. It includes the songs Mama, I Want to Make Rhythm, Blues in the Night, Minnie the Moocher, Virginia, Georgia, and Caroline, The Skunk Song, Hi De Ho, St. James Infirmary, Downtime, Righteous Riff, Hey Now, Caravan, Little Old Lady from Baltimore, Nettie, Blow Top Blues, I Can't Give You Anything But Love, and Cab's Delight. Cab Calloway was highly influential in the evolution of Swing music and started his musical career in the 1920s. His band features many who went on to have famous careers of their own in the future, such as Ben Webster, Dizzy Gillespie, Doc Cheatham and many more. Cab performed with an unbridled enthusiasm and wild spirit which still impresses audiences even today.
