Camera - Dogme #15 is a 2000 independent adventure comedy which reportedly cost just $300 to make. It was written and directed by Richard Martini who also stars in the movie. The film is an official Dogme95 movie, which means it was shot on a hand-held camera, and no artificial lights, make-up sets, props, filters or post-production processes were used. There is no plot as such. The film features a collection of footage shot on a digital video camera by different owners at various locations, as the camera is repeatedly resold and stolen before finally ending up with Richard Martini. The camera captures skydivers, weddings, suicides, breakups, bedroom shenanigans, commercials and more. Notables scenes include a celebrity stalker annoying Carol Alt, a mafia-type using the camera to keep an eye on his wife, a goodbye speech, David Patlak at The Golden Gate Bridge, and Angie Everhart skydiving. Rebecca Broussard also makes a cameo appearance in the movie.
