Castle of the Walking Dead, also known as The Torture Chamber of Dr. Sadism, is a 1967 horror movie directed by Harald Reinl. In an 18th century tribunal in Transylvania, Roger Von Marienberg (Lex Barker) sentenced Count Regula (Christopher Lee) to be drawn and quartered for the murder of 12 young girls. Count Regula was attempting to create a powerful immortality potion through his human sacrifices, but his 13th victim managed to get away and spoil his entire plan. Before he is executed, Count Regula promises that he will come back one day and seek revenge on the descendants of both Roger Von Marienberg and the 13th girl. Almost 35 years later, his manservant Anathol (Carl Lange) lures the unsuspecting descendants Roger Mont Elise (Lex Barker again) and Baroness Lilian von Brabant (Karin Dor) to Count Regula's castle. As Anathol tries to revive his master to allow him to carry out his revenge, Roger and Lilian must struggle to survive.
