Little do they realize that they will be pursued by two thugs who want to reclaim the briefcase. The trek is full of slapstick comedy, nonsense, and fun as the guys try to find love and purpose. (Seth Rogen), the human-turned-cockroach mad scientist Dr. Cockroach, Ph.D. (Hugh Laurie), the ape-fish hybrid and co-ed tormentor Missing Link (Will Arnett), and the gigantically massive Insectosaurus, who's easily distracted by lights. When the alien Gallaxhar comes to Earth looking for the quantonium, Monger manages to convince the President (Stephen Colbert) to use the monsters as the first line of defense against Gallaxhar's alien technology. When they finally arrive, they are greeted by a crazy cast of characters including talking dogs, giant birds, and Charles Muntz himself.
