Center Stage 2: Turn it Up is the sequel to the dance drama film Center Stage. This high-energy story features all new characters and an all new story. Main character Kate Parker (Rachele Brooke Smith) dreams of performing with the American Ballet Academy. She loses out on a spot with the company to Suzanne Von Stroh (Sarah Jayne Jensen) and finds herself homeless in New York City. On a trip out to popular club, The Foundry, Kate meets Tommy (Kenny Wormald) and impresses both him and the owner of the club with her dance ability. Kate accepts a job at the club, sleeps in the upstairs office, and gives Tommy dance lessons for cash. Tommy and Kate become involved romantically but break up when Kate finds Tommy dancing with and kissing Suzanne. When the three all find themselves at the same audition Tommy refuses to be paired with Suzanne in order to be paired with Kate. The two are cast in Broadway ballet version of Cinderella as the leading roles, but will it be enough to rekindle their romance?moreless
