Chaos Theory is a comedic drama film directed by Marcos Siega that centers on Frank Allen, a professional speaker specializing in time management, as his perfectly structured life is sent into chaos when his frustrated wife, Susan (Emily Mortimer), sets the clock back ten minutes. Instead of giving him extra time, it screws up his entire day. Not only does he miss his ferry, is late for his conference on time management and scheduling, but he gets pulled into a whirlwind of how a simple misunderstanding can open doors into the truth and freedom of what happens when you let fate do its job. Shaken by the experience, Frank has to learn to loosen his own tie in order to do what he has never done before ' living on a whim and spontaneity. As he reforms his life without his index cards and options, he sets out to see how life would be like with everything random and up to chance.
