Charley One-Eye is a western film about two men who stumble upon a friendship while trying to escape a horrific murderer. A black man (Aldo Sambrell) who went AWOL from the Union army and a crippled Indian (Edward Woodward) hide in a Mexican church after witnessing an unethical murder of two people. After noticing each other in the church, they realize they must form a close bond in order to escape alive. Once word has spread about the two men escaping, a bounty hunter (Alexander Davion) is assigned to capture them both. With the bounty hunter hot on their trail, Sambrell and Woodard find themselves depending on one another more than they intended. Wanting to keep each other alive, they must risk their livies, going up against the bounty hunter and the murderer. Violence surrounds Sambrell and Woodard as the bounty hunter catches up to them. Who will remain alive?
