Cheaper by the Dozen is a 2003 family comedy directed by Shawn Levy. The comedy centers around the humongous Baker family as they move from a small town in Illinois to the Big City. The family is relocating so Tom Baker (Steve Martin), the father, can begin working at a nearby university as the head coach of the football team. The family tries to be supportive as they know this is Tom's dream job. Shortly after arriving in their new town Kate Baker (Bonnie Hunt) has her dream come true as well. But to make her dream a total success she must go on a book tour, leaving Tom to manage the huge family on his own. Being in a new town, having a new job, less than happy children and his wife away on business, Tom must do whatever he can to keep things together, at least until Kate returns.

A bubbling crockpot of farcical mush to warm the tummies of anyone who really and truly misses "The Brady Bunch," and I mean really and truly.
