Cheech & Chong's Still Smokin' is a one-of-a-kind concert film starring legends Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong as they attend a film festival to honor Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton. The humor of this film comes from the sheer fact that neither Dolly Parton nor Burt Reynolds shows up for the aforementioned festival, leaving the promoter to request that Cheech and Chong entertain the audience. Cheech and Chong were then forced to do some of their classic skits for the festival-goers like Earache My Eye and Limey Bitters. The film was also written by Cheech and Chong, with Tommy Chong handling the directing. In the film, although the audience is not entertained by Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton, they begin to appreciate the talent at hand. The film ends with the amazing "Ralph and Herbie" routine.
