Cheech and Chong's Next Movie is a raucous 1980 comedy from the famous stoner duo. In this outing, the unemployed Cheech (Cheech Marin) wants to get rid of his roommate Chong (Tommy Chong) so that he can make a move on the lovely Donna (Evelyn Guerrero). He calls in his cousin, Red (also Cheech Marin), to help entertain Chong. Red has a stolen Ferrari and takes Chong for a wild ride through the streets of Hollywood. First Red needs to retrieve his luggage containing a large amount of marijuana from a nearby hotel, where a difficult hotel clerk (Paul Reubens) demands payment on the bill. They try collecting unemployment, harassing rich folks, aggravating the police and stealing gasoline for the car, all while encountering an odd assortment of Los Angeles characters and heavily partaking of their favorite herbal treat. Back at the apartment, Cheech struggles to seduce his dream girl. Tommy Chong directs this comedy adventure.
