Rating:

Code of Silence is a 1985 Chuck Norris action flick directed by Andrew Davis. Eddie Cusak (Norris), is a Chicago police detective who is forced to face off with an evil drug lord named Luis Camacho (Henry Silva). After a shootout between the police and two rival gangs results in the accidental shooting of an innocent bystander, Cusak refuses to join the code of silence. This causes him to be ostracized by his fellow officers. Cusak is now forced to go it alone to bust up the drug gang and protect a young woman named Molly (Diana Luna), who is at their mercy. The movie provides plenty of action as Cusak faces many dangerous situations armed solely with little more than his martial arts skills. Cusak realizes that in order to sake Molly and take out the gang, he must become a one-man wrecking crew. In a thrilling climax, he takes on the drug cartel with a crime-fighting tank called "prowler."
