Cold Eyes of Fear is a stylish "giallo" suspense thriller from Italy set in swinging 1970s London. This smart and sexy film descends into a shadowed world populated by corrupt police officers and scantily-clad femme fatales who experience erotic trysts in darkened nightclub settings. The nephew of a solicitor picks up a girl at a London disco. He takes her to his uncle's country farmhouse. They are interrupted by a hardened ex-con recently released from jail, who abducts the young man to threaten his uncle, the solicitor who wrongfully put him behind bars. Not only is the ex-con seeking vengeance, but he is also seeking something in the house as he attempts to even the score. Directed by Enzo G. Castellari, famous for the original version of the movie "Inglorious Bastards", this psychological thriller is made memorable by its intriguing plot twists, psychedelic effects, cinematic views and a stunning jazz score.
