Cold Play is a 2008 thriller directed by Geno Andrews and D. David Morin. When obsessive millionaire Winston Thorpe (David Morin) believes his wife, Indigo (Vanessa Branch), is having an affair, he hires a Scottish private detective, Angus Stewart (Geno Andrews), to find out the truth. When Angus and Indigo meet, however, the two form an alliance of their own. Soon, they begin to fall in love, and hatch a plan to steal Winston's most treasured possession, the world-famous "Imperial Egg." In exchange for half of the proceeds from the egg, Angus also agrees to help Indigo disappear into a new life. The two lovers, however, are not as careful as they should be in planning their crime. It's not long before Winston begins picking up clues linking the two together. As suspicion gives way to fear, Angus and Indigo find themselves in a dangerous game of jealously, revenge and deception.
