.Com for Murder is a 2001 psychological thriller written and directed by Nico Mastorakis. Sondra Brummel (Nastassja Kinski) is bedridden with a broken leg and begins to surf the web, accessing the website American Love On Line, a chatroom for romantic encounters. She logs in using her boyfriend Ben Schnider's (Roger Daltrey) screen name, she notices that he has been interacting with a woman who uses the moniker "Cr''me Br'l''e." Suddenly, Sondra is interrupted by a hacker who calls himself Werther (Jeffery Dean). Werther threatens Sondra and her sister, Misty (Nicollette Sheridan), online, telling them "You both die." Later, Werther kidnaps "Cr''me Br'l''e" and, with Sondra and her sister watching from a webcam feed, kills her with a scalpel. Sondra and Misty call the police, and the search is on to find the mysterious Werther before he kills again, especially since his last promise was to murder Sondra and her sister.moreless
