Combustion is an action adventure film directed by Kelly Sandefur that centers on a small town of Millwood whose residents' lives are thrown into panic as explosions begin to occur throughout town. When Houston city engineer Scott Daniels (Joe Lando) returns with his wife, Lourie Harper (Gabrielle Carteris), and his son Jesse (Johnny Pacar), to his hometown of Millwood to investigate the mysterious fires, he begins to discover that there is more to it than fires as the sewers will with dead rats, buildings begin to lose their stability, and gas pipes burst. As Scott and old ex-girlfriend, reporter Allison (Susan Walters), discover the problems seem to stem from the oil-drilling tyrant Talbot (Michael Gross). The signs had been there for years but Talbot had managed to get the fire chief Patterson (Michael Gregory) in his pocket and is almost able to get the mayor in there as well. As the catastrophes begin to grow, Scott and his group race to get the people of Millwood out before the entire town because a disaster.moreless
