Cookie is a high energy comedy that focuses on the relationship between a teenage girl and her parents. It centers on the character of Cookie (Emily Lloyd) who is an energetic, rebellious, and outspoken teenage girl who has had many run-ins with the law. She is growing up in Brooklyn and somehow manages to outsmart the police every time she runs into them. She has even run away from the mob a few times.
