Cowboy Up is a full length motion picture about bumps, bruises, and broken hearts suffered in the world of professional bull riding. Ely Braxton (Marcus Thomas) is an up and coming bull riding phenom who is just pursuing Òthe life that chose him.Ó His ever supportive brother Hank (Keifer Sutherland) grew up with the same dream, but chose to become a rodeo clown, content to steer clear of both the fame and danger inherent in the sport. Ely is the one used to taking a beating, but when the beautiful darling of the rodeo, Celia Jones (Daryl Hannah) is the object of both men's desire, all bets are off.
