Curious George is a heartwarming animated film for the whole family. Based on the children's books of the same name by H.A. and Margret Rey, the movie follows the adventures of a little monkey named Curious George. Ted Shackleford is the man with the yellow hat. Ted works at a natural history museum that is on the brink of financial ruin. Mr. Bloomsberry owns the museum but is being pressured by his son Junior to close the doors and sell the grounds to make way for a money-making parking garage. Ted learns about a famed African idol that would generate a lot of income as a new exhibit. The only thing left to do is travel to Africa and retrieve the artifact. After returning home, Ted finds that he was joined on the plane by an inquisitive monkey. Ted and George work together and learn that true friendship knows no boundaries.
