However, a kneed injury at the hands of Wolf "The Dentist" Stansson (Carsten Norgaard). He returns to youth hockey coaching and enters the Ducks in the Junior Goodwill Games. The kids prove to be unpolished and suffer a few embarrassing defeats in the preliminary rounds. While this is going on, Coach Bombay is letting the bright lights of LA go to his head. Bombay begins to push the kids too hard until practice is cancelled by the team's tutor, Michelle (Kathryn Erbe). The team meets some street hockey players who show them how to play more aggressively and how to shoot the "knucklepuck" shot, while Bombay spirals further out of control. He begins to date the assistant coach of the evil Iceland team, coached by Wolf "The Dentist" Stansson. The Ducks begin to play better and Bombay gets his head on straight as they are about to show down with none other than Iceland for the world championship.moreless
