Daffy Duck's Quackbusters is a 1988 animated feature that includes several classic animated shorts from the Looney Tunes universe, interspersed with a series of shorts starring Daffy Duck in a hilarious original adventure. Daffy Duck stumbles upon a get-rich-quick scheme when he meets an old dog in declining health who promises to leave his fortune to anyone who can make him laugh. Always the jokester, Daffy Duck gets hit in the face with pies until the old dog cracks up. Now, with a fortune at his disposal, Daffy plans to spend the rest of his life spending. However, the dog's ghost has other plans. This film includes appearances from all your favorite Looney Tunes characters, including Bugs Bunny, Porky Pig, and Sylvester. Classic Tunes segments featured include Daffy Dilly, The Prize Pest, and Claws for Alarm. Daffy Duck's Quackbusters is full of classic Looney Tunes comedy, and it is the final film to feature the voice acting of Mel Blanc.
