Movie Summary

Mark Steven Johnson

Blinded by a toxic waste spill in an accident as a child, Matt Murdock's other senses were heightened to supernatural levels, allowing him to "see" much like a bat, through sound vibrations. He serves the public as a lawyer by day, working only for innocent clients who often cannot pay. By night he is the Daredevil, serving vigilante justice when the corrupt system fails. He protects the crime-ridden neighborhood in New York City known as Hell's Kitchen, which is controlled by a powerful and ruthless mob boss known as the Kingpin. After falling in love with a mysterious woman, Elektra Natchios, the Daredevil is framed for her father's assassination by the Kingpin's hireling, Bullseye. The Daredevil sets out to clear his name with the woman he loves while battling the entrenched crime lord ruining his neighborhood in this action-packed thriller.
