Day and Night is a French movie which takes the viewers to the era of The French Revolution. The story revolves around a French author, Alexandre (Alain Delon), who leaves his mentally agitated life and goes to Mexico to live a happy life.But the rumblings of revolution put his life in a chaos. His wife, Ariane (Marianne Denicourt), cheats on him and flirts with a local scientist, Carlo (Xavier Beauvois). Things around him get worse when a French producer Rauol Fillipi (Karl Zero) and an ambitious, charming actress Laure (Arielle Dombasle) come to Alexandre's house to make a film based on one of his books. All these situations are wonderfully filmed in this absorbing movie, Day and Night, directed by Bernard Henry Levi. In this movie, Bernard Henry Levi has acted along with the other cast which includes Jean Pierre Kalfon (Lucien), Francisco Raball (Cristobal), Lauren Bacall (Sonya) and Rosamond Bernier.
