Movie Summary

Director:
Angela Robinson
Released:
2005
Rating:
PG-13

D.E.B.S. is a light hearted parody about four sexy vixens who are recruited to serve as secret agents for the United States government. Amy (Sara Foster), Max (Meagan Good), Dominique (Devon Aoki), and Janet (Jill Ritchie) are experts in the arts of lying, cheating, and fighting, so naturally the U.S. government wants to hire them to be special agents. Out to stop the evil Lucy Diamond (Jordana Brewster) from taking over the world, the sultry sirens answer the call, setting out to stop her in her tracks. But when Amy, the leader of the foursome falls for the Diamond, the mission may be in jeopardy, and the whole world's fate could be at stake. Will the girls be able to stick together? Will the world perish under Lucy's evil plot? Will the two girls' relationship prove to be the ultimate factor? Could those skirts get any shorter? Angela Robinson directs this very tongue in cheek spoof that will have you smiling the whole time. Not out to save the world, but to make it laugh, D.E.B.S. is funny and fun.

The film has no idea of how to develop its one-joke premise. The tepid love scenes are as erotically charged as a home movie of a little girl hugging her Barbie doll, and the satir...
