Devil in the Flesh 2 is a horror sequel directed by Marcus Spiegel that picks up where the popular thriller Devil in the Flesh left off. After trying to murder her high school English teacher in the last movie, Debbie Strand (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe) is held in a mental institution. When she escapes, Sydney Hollings (Christiana Frank), a new college student who is on her way to school, picks her up as she is hitchhiking on the side of the road. Debbie kills Sydney, assumes her identity, and takes her place at college. She then falls back into her old ways when she meets her handsome English professor, Sam Decker (Jsu Garcia). Determined to have him, she will not let anyone stand in her way, including Sam's girlfriend, Carla (Katherine Kendall), or her nosy new roommate, Laney (Jeanette Brox).
