Devil's Angels is a 1967 drama directed by Daniel Haller and produced by the legendary Roger Corman, the king of the low budget exploitation film. It was a follow up film to the popular The Wild Angels which was made in 1966. The film follows a biker gang named The Skulls. The gang is violent and led by Cody (played by John Cassavetes who later went on to become a successful film director himself). One of the gang members accidentally killed a citizen while riding on the highway. This leads the gang and Cody into a run in with a small town sheriff. The sheriff lets the gang stay if in exchange they will protect the town and its citizens. However the citizens offend the gang and so the gang runs wild before escaping. Then on their way to the West Coast Cody gets wrongfully arrested for statutory rape. Once released Cody tries to stop his gang from taking revenge on the men who imprisoned him.moreless
