Disorganized Crime is a 1989 crime comedy written and directed by Jim Kouf. While hiding out in a small town in Montana, New Jersey bank robber, Frank Salazar (Corbin Bernson), spots an opportunity when he learns that the local bank is keeping large quantities of cash. He calls on some friends who are in the same business to help him, including Ray Forgy (Lou Diamond Phillips), a getaway driver, and Nick Bartowski (William Russ), a safe cracker. Salazar is spotted and arrested by a pair of New Jersey detectives (George Denver and Bill Lonigan) but manages to escape into the wilderness. While the detective try to recapture Salazar, his crew decide to attempt to rob the bank on their own when they can't find him, but, not being the most competent of criminals, they run into numerous problems along the way. The movie also stars Hoyt Axton as a local sheriff and Max Green as an explosives expert with a heart condition.moreless
