Double Team is a 1997 action film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Dennis Rodman, and Mickey Rourke in a high-octane thrill ride about a retired anti-terrorist agent who returns for one final mission to take down his long-time nemesis. Van Damme plays Jack Paul Quinn, a decorated agent who's enjoying his retirement next to his pregnant wife, Kathryn. After years of shoot-outs and explosions, the rest of Quinn's life looks like it'll be an easy ride. All that changes when an international terrorist named Stavros (Rourke) resurfaces and begins a campaign of destruction. Quinn and Stavros have a long history. Despite his comfortable lifestyle, Quinn agrees to return to the force one more time and hunt down the deadly terrorist. Quinn enlists the help of an eccentric arms dealer named Yaz (Rodman), a man interested in developing a profitable connection with the CIA. Double Team is an edge-of-your-seat adventure, and it's legendary Hong Kong filmmaker Tsui Hark's American directorial debut.
