Down the Drain is a comical crime adventure about a lawyer that organizes a bank heist with all of his former clients. Victor Scalia (Andrew Stevens) is known for getting his defendants off, no matter what it takes; and usually it takes something illegal. So when the corrupt law man moves up from bribing juries to arranging a bank heist with a collection of his most seasoned criminal clients, the plan goes off without a hitch, and everyone involved looks to be sitting pretty. However, when they realize that their stolen loot contains a very important government microchip and foreign agents are hot on their trail, Scalia's gang of crooked crooks finds that doing the right thing might be harder than it looks. Robert C. Hughes directs this fun filled caper where the laughs try to keep up with the action.
