Dreamcatcher is a dramatic, science-fiction horror based on Stephen King's novel Dreamcatcher. Four childhood friends, Henry (Thomas Jane), Beaver (Jason Lee), Jonesy (Damian Lewis) and Pete (Timothy Olyphant) are spending time together in the deep woods of Maine when they come to find that the town they are staying in is also being taken over by an alien species. This group of murdering aliens is determined to find a way to multiply. As they fight for their lives, slowly being killed by the increasingly strong and multiplying aliens they find that a secret military unit led by Colonel Curtis (Morgan Freeman). The military unit is trying to contain these alien creatures and kill anyone who has been touched by their plague. The remaining friends decide to join up with the unit and find a way to rid the earth of this alien force that is so desperately trying to kill them and take over the world one human at a time.moreless
