The "Eastern Condors" are a group of commandos sponsored by the Pentagon, directed to destroy a munitions dump left behind by the Marines.For this mission, the Pentagon recruits a group of Chinese convicts on death row. They are promised a pardon and sizable bounty if they succeed but their existence and relation to the U.S. will be denied if they fail.
