Easy to Assemble: Co-Worker of the Year is a sixty minute movie based on the widely popular and acclaimed comedy series. Easy to Assemble is a comedy featuring the story of Illeana Douglas, who has just quit her Hollywood career and decides to get a job at IKEA so that she can lead a more normal and stable life. She finds her new job enjoyable and finds the lifestyle more manageable as she is now out of the limelight. However, she discovers that competition amongst workers and colleagues is just as rife in IKEA as it is in Hollywood. She must compete with fellow "celebrity worker" Justine Bateman to win the IKEA employee of the year competition. The prize lying in front of both of them is a free trip to Sweden, but only one can win. Will Illeana be able to win the competition and become employee of the year, or will she find the challenge too much to overcome?moreless
