Endless Orgy for the Goddess of Perversion

Movie Summary

Director:
Trace Burroughs
Released:
2008
Rating:
Not Available
Written and directed by Trace Burroughs, Endless Orgy for the Goddess of Perversion is a mockumentary chronicling the existence the of grind house theatres in America over the past hundred years.. Filled with interviews of 'professors of grind house' (faux-experts), Endless makes use of the campy nature of grind house films by parodying their inchoate nature. With tongue firmly in cheek, Endless keeps the laughs coming as we learn the fictional history of where grindhouse theatres come from and how they exist today. Some say the term grind house refers to old twenty-four hour movie theatres that appealed to some of the seedier members of society, while others say that grind house comes from burlesque theatres in the 1930's that showcased girls grinding in the alley next door. Released in 2008, Endless Orgy for the Goddess of Perversion is a hysterical romp through a quasi-fictional representation of the sordid world of grind house theatres.
