Extreme Prejudice is an action/adventure crime movie that was directed by Walter Hill and produced in 1987 by Carolco Entertainment and TriStar Picture. The movie is based upon Texas Ranger Jack Benteen (Nick Nolte) and his childhood best friend Cash Bailey (Powers Boothe). Now he is a ranger and Bailey is a drug kingpin as they grew apart and led very different lives. However, Jack's girlfriend Sarita (Maria Conchita Alonso) actually used to date Bailey in the past. As the drama begins, she turns herself into Bailey as a hostage because she does not want her boyfriend Jack to raid Bailey's drug house. However, no one is safe as a meticulous drug bust is planned and whatever friendship Jack and Cash may have had many years ago is firmly placed to the side. Little do they know that they will both be under threat from Major Paul Hackett who has been backed by the CIA and has his own agenda. Will any of them survive?moreless
