Fascination is a 2004 film directed by Klaus Menzel that follows the story of a young man, Scott Doherty (Adam Garcia), who is appalled by his mother's Maureen Doherty (Jacqeline Bisset) decision to marry Oliver Vance (Stuart Wilson), soon after his father's unexpected death. Scott finds out that Kelly Vance (Alice Evans), Oliver's daughter, finds herself in the same position as her mother recently passed away and the girl does not seem comfortable yet with her father's new passion. Scott and Kelly get together and start to investigate the circumstances that surround the unexplained deaths of their parents. They have reasons to suspect that Maureen and Oliver were somehow involved in these tragic events to prepare the ground for their upcoming marriage. The common endeavor to find the truth makes Scott's and Kelly's friendship turn into a thriving romance. Although deeply in love with the young girl, Scott discovers some evidence that adds to the complexity of the situation and leads him to becoming distrustful of everybody. How will the young couple choose between desire and suspicion?moreless
