Fathom tells the story of curvaceous beauty Fathom Harvill (Raquel Welch). She is a wise-cracking dental assistant a key member of the United States skydiving team. As one of the best skydivers in the world, Harvill is approached by a Scottish colonel, Douglas Campbell (Ronald Fraser), to take on an incredibly dangerous skydiving mission. The colonel's organization, ominously known as HADES, needs Harvill to parachute into a secret location in China to recover an atomic device. However, things are not what they seem. Alliances and missions change by the minute leaving Fathom to sort out the good guys from the bad. As much a compelling spy thriller as a reason to put Welch into skimpy outfits, Fathom is a sexy and hilarious spy movie long before the Austin Power series of films. Tune in for the unparalleled beauty of Raquel Welch and stay for the farcical, madcap action in Fathom.
