Fiorile is an Italian drama that was released in 1993. It is a Taviani Brothers saga that tells the tale of a family curse that has plagued the Benedetti family. When a woman named Fiorile (Galatea Ranzi) finds out that a member of the Benedetti family is responsible for her lover's death, she vows to put a certain curse on the entire family and all future generations, forever. The legend of the curse is told to two children, Juliete (Constanze Engelbrecht) and Jean (Michael Vartan), while travelling to their grandfather's house. They learn that the curse has run its course in the family for over 200 hundred years, as well as other intriguing facts. After arriving at their grandfather's, the two decide to share the information they recently learned with him. Not only do they find out that Grandpa is aware of the curse; they also figure out that they all may be in danger.
