Five Coolest Things: Supercross follows the host, Matt LeBlanc, as he connects with seven-time Supercross champion Jeremy McGrath, and together they explore the world of Supercross racing. McGrath breaks down the sport for LeBlanc, covering many of the facets and intricacies of racing. Videos of McGrath, and other top racers, in Supercross races demonstrate the theories discussed by McGrath and LeBlanc. As the title of the film suggests, McGrath then explains what he believes are the five coolest things about Supercross. Prompted by LeBlanc, McGrath discusses in-depth how he got started in Supercross, from his early forays into BMX racing to his transition to Supercross. McGrath goes on to explain to LeBlanc the feeling of being in the middle of a Supercross race, and the physical toll it can take on a racer. LeBlanc and McGrath then discuss many of the tactics racers use during competitions and the training the racers undergo to prepare themselves for their races.
