PG-13
Flawless is a 1999 heist film set in 1960 London. Laura Quinn (Demi Moore) is an executive at the London Diamond Company, a firm that has an effective monopoly on the world's diamond supplies. The company secretly holds back over 2 tons of uncut stones to control the price. Laura is the only female executive at the firm and has been repeatedly passed over for promotions for her male counterparts. When she learns that she is about to be dismissed, she teams up with a janitor, Hobbs (Michael Caine), who claims to have a foolproof plan to rob the company of millions of dollars worth of diamonds. Even better, he says that no one will even notice. The only thing needed is the secret vault codes which are locked in a safe at the company chairman's house. It is Laura's job to get those and Hobbs will take of the rest. What no one suspects, however, is that Hobbs has one more secret up his sleeve. This twisty thriller is directed by Michael Radford, from a script by Edward Anderson.moreless

It's left to Caine to wink and nod at his own contribution to real caper classics of the 1960s and '70s, produced with more emphasis on fun and less on instructive fact-finding.
