Frankenfish is a 2004 made for television action horror film from director Mark A.Z. Dippe (Spawn, Jurassic Park co-visual effects supervisor). The investigation of a homicide in a Louisiana swamp leads to a fight to the finish. Medical examiner Sam Rivers (Tory Kittles) and marine biologist Mary Callahan (China Chow) go deeper in the swamps searching for something that can rip not only a man in half, but also chomp an alligator's head off. Mayhem rears its ugly head when a mutant Chinese snakehead fish about the size of a Lincoln Continental continues its bloody forage. Voodoo, double barrel shotguns, flare guns and machetes seem to be worthless in stopping the marauding menace from hell. And what can be worse, when you realize there is more than one of them in the Louisiana backwater! Rounding out the cast, playing some colorful, odd characters are: Muse Watson, Raoul Trujillo, Matthew Rauch and the beautiful K.D. Aubert.
