Friday the 13th, Part VII: The New Blood, the seventh film in the Friday the 13th series, is a 1988 slasher movie directed by John Carl Buechler. At only 7 years old, Tina Shepard (Jennifer Banko) discovers that she has telekinetic powers when she accidentally kills her father during a holiday at Camp Crystal Lake. Many years later, Tina (Lar Park Lincoln) asks her psychiatrist, Dr. Crews (Terry Kiser), to help her recover from the emotional anguish that she still feels due to the traumatic incident. Under the guise of helping her, greedy Dr. Crews takes her back to Camp Crystal Lake to see if he can reactivate her telekinesis and make money from her powers. Due to the interventions of Dr. Crews, Tina tries to use her powers to bring her father back to life, but she ends up reanimating serial killer Jason Vorhees (Kane Hodder) instead. As Jason starts slaying teenage vacationers at Camp Crystal Lake, Tina knows that she is the only person who can stop him.moreless
