From Dusk Till Dawn is a 1996 horror film from acclaimed director Robert Rodriguez and featuring a star-studded ensemble cast, including George Clooney, Quentin Tarantino, Harvey Keitel, Juliette Lewis, Cheech Marin, and Salma Hayek. The film follows Seth and Richie Gecko (Clooney and Tarantino), a pair of bank robbers on the run from the Texas authorities and the FBI. Seth Gecko is a cold, calculating criminal who approaches every situation with patience and precision. His brother, Richie, is dependable but lacks discipline. The brothers plan to sneak into Mexico and lay low from the law for a while. They find safe passage in the RV of a Christian family heading South for vacation. Jacob (Keitel) and his children Scott (Ernest Liu) and Kate (Lewis) are a tight-knit, religious family. The Gecko brothers take them hostage, but Seth promises they can all go free, unharmed, if the Geckos can safely land on Mexican soil. What should be an easy trip across the border turns into a hellish nightmare as Richie's perverse desires for Kate threaten to boil over, and the group finds refuge in a club populated by the undead.
