Frontier Gambler is a movie which tells the story of a prominent gambling house owner named Sylvia Melbourne (Coleen Gray). When she goes missing, suspicion is shifted to her ex lover. He is not the only person who wanted her dead though; some of the past patrons of her gambling house were not always satisfied with their visit, and would have gone as far as paying someone else to take her out. Deputy Marshal, Curt Darrow (John Broomfield), is the lead investigator in her case and interrogates one of the suspects, Jim (Dallas Davis), who is forced to provide an alibi to clear his name. Not long after Darrow decides that Sylvia is most likely dead, he discovers clues, which suggest that his investigation has not yet come to a close and is determined to find her, alive. Frontier Gambler is a classic that was directed by Paul Landres and Sam Newfield.
