Fun with Dick & Jane is a 2005 remake of the 1977 American comedy film of the same name, directed by Dean Parisot and starring Jim Carrey, Tea Leoni, Alec Baldwin, Richard Jenkins, and Gloria Garayua. Dick (Jim Carrey) and Jane Harper (Tea Leoni) are a typical upper-middle class American couple, who see their lives about to turn upside down when the company for which Dick works goes bankrupt just after Jane quits her job. Now the two are left with a lifestyle that they can no longer afford'unless they get a little creative with their income generation. A one-time head shop robbery turns the couple on to nightly robbing sprees and soson they find themselves living even better than they did before their near financial ruin! But there is only so long that the blundering novice robbers can keep pulling off their nightly excursions, and things get crazy fast.
