Garfield Gets Real, also known as Garfield 3D, is a 2007 CGI movie by director Mark A.Z. Dippe, starring Frank Welker as beloved cartoon character Garfield. Garfield lives in a suburban town in the Comic Strip world with friendly canine Odie (Gregg Berger) and owner Jon (Wally Wingert). A comic life may sound like fun, but after a while it sure gets old and Garfield becomes tired of the same old jokes that populate his life and work in the Comic Strip World. He sees only one solution: an escape to the Real World. When Odie loses his bone through a mysterious screen in a forbidden room, Garfield sees his chance to escape'the screen is a portal through to the Real World!
