Ghost Story is the popular 1981 supernatural horror thriller featuring an all star cast of Old Hollywood legends, including Fred Astaire, Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., John Houseman and Melvin Douglas. Ghost Story centers around a group of four old men, who belong to a special club called Chowder Society. They meet each week in their small, wintry New England town, and tell a ghost story as a tradition. But when one of the members' sons dies in a bizarre accident and his other brother returns home, a dark secret the group shares begins to come to light - a secret involving lust, murder, and revenge. The four men find themselves plagued by dreams of their 50-year-old secret, and each of them begin to die one by one in mysterious accidents. It seems that a ghost has returned from the grave to seek revenge against the wrong that was done to them during their life.
