G.I. Executioner, a 1975 action thriller, follows Vietnam veteran Dave Dearborn (Tom Keena) as he makes his living running a night club in Singapore and working as a journalist. He's also a former secret agent who takes mercenary assignments when necessary. It's the height of the cold war and the Pacific Asian country has recently welcomed a nuclear scientist defecting from Communist China with a stash of atomic goodies. He's willing to part with the secrets, but only to the highest bidder. Dave is approached by an informant telling him of a local crime boss who is trying to get his hands on the atomic secrets. The tip leads to a series of dangerous close calls as more and more goons attempt to kill Dave before he can find the scientist. The film was completed in 1971 but wasn't released until 1975. Joel M. Reed, whose credits include Blood Bath and Bloodsucking Freaks, is the director of this film.
