Gog is the third installment in Ivan Tors' science fiction series following the Office of Scientific Investigation (OSI). The film opens with the murder of two scientists who were researching hibernation technology for long distance space flights. OSI agent Dr. David Sheppard (Richard Egan) is sent to New Mexico to investigate the underground laboratory and find the cause of the murders. Sheppard is shown around the laboratory by the attractive Joanne Merritt (Constance Dowling) and determines the Nuclear Operative Variable Automatic Computer was sabotaged, resulting in the deaths of the two scientists. The computer controls all the equipment in the laboratory as well as two mobile robots, Gog and Magog. As Sheppard tries to uncover the saboteur, the computer and its robot minions take the lives of six more scientists. It is a race against time as Sheppard battles the inhuman intelligence of the rogue computer in an effort to stop a catastrophe with repercussions far beyond the underground lab.
