Gomorrah is an independent film that gives an in-depth look at Italian mobsters, also known as the "Camorra". It is based on a book written by Robert Saviano and examines the non-fiction story of crime bosses in Italy. This crime based drama shows how much control the Camorra has over the region of Naples. Alot of actors appear in this film, including, Ciro (Ciro Petrone) and Lavarone (Gigio Morra). Many characters get exposed for being phony, including a couple of men who think of themselves as 'big time' gangsters, but are merely imitating a film they have seen. Also, a mad scientist who plans to put lives in danger by dumping hazardous waste near a populated community is caught before he is able to profit from his corrupt business.
