Good Burger is a comedy film that focuses on the antics of high school student, Dexter (Kenan Thompson). While his mother is out of town, he steals her car and accidentally wrecks the car when he crashes into the car of his teacher, Mr. Wheat (Sinbad). Upon learning that it will cost $2,500 to repair the car, Dexter realizes he needs to get a summer job. He is hired at a fast food restaurant named Good Burger, where he befriends a clueless teenager, Ed (Kel Mitchell). At first, it seems that Dexter will successfully make the money he needs to get his mother's car repaired. However, things take a turn for the worse when Mondo Burger, a fancier burger restaurant, opens across the street. The opening of Mondo Burger could put Good Burger out of business. Dexter and Ed hatch a plan to save Good Burger, one which lands them in more trouble than they ever could have imagined.
