Good Intentions is a 2010 comedy written by Anthony Stephenson and directed by Jim Issa. The film follows liquor store owner and entrepreneur wannabe, Chester Milford (Luke Perry), whose series of lame inventions have squandered the family's hard-earned savings and put them on the verge of bankruptcy. With one failed scheme after another, things finally hit rock bottom when Chester's teenage sons, Shane (Tyler Case) and Chris (Michael May), sneak cigarettes in the backyard shed and blow-up Chester's stash of homemade fireworks. Now, with no money to fulfill her lifelong fantasy of sending her sons to college, Chester's wife, Etta (Elaine Hendrix) has had enough. Taking matters into her own hands, Etta secretly concocts an outlandish plan to replenish their money supply and send her kids to the best schools in the country. All she needs to do to make her plan work is hold up a grocery store, blackmail the Sheriff and avoid her husband suspicion until it all comes together.moreless
